Spring Break Policy

The Banyan Resort wishes to preserve its tranquility to ensure the enjoyment of all our guests. Therefore, we do not welcome Spring Breakers. 
During all times of year, Guests must show proof of age over 25 upon check-in. Guests who cannot produce valid photo identification will be turned away and their deposits will be forfeited.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

The Banyan Resort requires a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. Reservations made online require full payment for stay. Reservations that are cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $30 processing fee. Reservations that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be forfeited. The Banyan Resort will not issue refunds or pro-rated rates for late arrivals or early departures regardless of their nature. Online reservations require full payment and if cancelled less than 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of full payment, minus $30 processing fee.

Pet Policy

The Banyan Resort is a pet-free resort.  If a service animal is required, it must be pre-approved by the General Manager prior to arrival.



CREDIT CARDS:  VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted at The Banyan Resort.
PARKING: Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee.
