Cancellation Policy
The Banyan Resort requires a 40% deposit to confirm a reservation. Reservations that are cancelled outside of 30-days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $30 processing fee. Reservations that are cancelled inside of 30 days prior to the arrival date will be forfeit. The Banyan Resort will not issue refunds or pro-rated rates for late arrivals or early departures regardless of their nature.

The Banyan Resort recommends and strongly encourages CSA Travel Protection to protect you against the loss of your vacation investment. The cost is 6.5% of total charges and complete CSA policy information is included with your confirmation mailing. Please take time to review it and simply notify the resort within 15 days of receiving your information in the mail should you choose to purchase CSA’s protection and your final balance will be adjusted accordingly. In order to insure the full amount of your vacation, CSA Travel Protection must be purchased and your reservation paid in full no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. The certificate of insurance can be found on CSA’s website www.vacationrentalinsurance.com. You can also contact them directly with questions concerning coverage at 1-866-999-4018 and reference "The Banyan Resort".

Hurricane Policy
Refunds and rate pro-rations will only be issued by CSA Travel Protection to those who have elected to purchase Travel Protection should we receive Mandatory Evacuation Orders from the National Hurricane Center and our local governing officials due to hurricanes, tropical storms or other potential disasters. Compliance with the evacuation order is mandated by law and the resort will close upon its issuance. The Banyan Resort will not issue a refund for any vacation that is interrupted by a Mandatory Evacuation Order. Please note that coverage can not be purchased after a storm has been named.

VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted at The Banyan Resort.

Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a nominal fee.
